Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We ship everything through the USPS, Priority. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Users are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes on merchandise shipped. We ship anywhere in the United States and Canada. Canada shipping may vary due to customs. We currently do not ship internationally outside of Canada right now.
Saylor James is not responsible, nor liable for any package that is lost or damaged once the package has been shipped. Lost or damaged packages must be reported to the carrier who handled the delivery.
We are a small business and in this moment cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you need assistance with sizing or choosing a color please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
